Accounting ERP Software

Accounting should be the by-product of operations, not a separate re-entry exercise. Sales, purchasing and stock post straight to the ledger, so month-end becomes a review rather than a rebuild.

  • Faster month-end close
  • Every entry traceable
  • Multi-branch consolidation
  • Fewer reconciliation gaps

What it covers

General ledger

Chart of accounts, cost centres, journals and period control.

Cost centres and period locks stop late entries quietly changing a closed month.

Accounts receivable

Invoicing, receipts, ageing and credit limits per customer.

Credit limits are checked at order entry rather than discovered at collection.

Accounts payable

Supplier bills, payment runs, ageing and reconciliation.

Payment runs group supplier bills by due date, so nothing is paid early by accident.

Cash & bank

Bank accounts, cheque management and reconciliation.

Reconciliation matches against statements, leaving only genuine exceptions to review.

Fixed assets

Asset register, depreciation schedules and disposals.

Depreciation runs on schedule and posts to the ledger without a manual journal.

Financial reporting

Trial balance, P&L and balance sheet by branch, company or group.

Consolidation works across branches and entities without exporting to a spreadsheet.

In practice

Accounting ERP for Qatar VAT, e-invoicing and month-end

Accounting in Qatar has three hard requirements: tax-ready invoicing calculated correctly at entry and returned in the required format, e-invoicing for the phase that applies to you, and Arabic and English documents for customers, auditors and the authorities. Beyond those, finance teams need bank reconciliation that does not take a week, multi-company consolidation for groups, and a month-end that closes on time because the sub-ledgers already agree.

We implement accounting on Zoho Books for SMEs that want a Qatar-edition cloud ledger connected to CRM and Inventory, on Odoo Accounting for companies that need the ledger inside a full ERP with stock valuation, projects and payroll, and on ERPNext for organisations that want open-source accounting with no per-user licence. In each case the chart of accounts, tax codes, e-invoicing route, bank feeds or imports, and bilingual templates are configured and tested against your own transactions.

The month-end is designed, not survived: recurring entries, accruals, fixed-asset depreciation, intercompany eliminations, VAT return reconciliation and a close checklist. Dashboards give the CFO cash, receivables ageing, payables due and VAT position daily. Migration brings balances and open documents from Tally, QuickBooks, Excel or the old ERP with reconciliation.
