Manpower & Human Resource Software

When people are the product, utilisation is the margin. This module tracks who is deployed where, on what rate, and whether the cost is being recovered.

  • Higher utilisation
  • No unbilled hours
  • Compliance visibility
  • Clear cost per deployment

What it covers

Deployment

Assign staff to sites, projects and clients with start and end dates.

Deployment history shows who was where, which matters when a client queries an invoice.

Rate cards

Charge and cost rates per role, client and contract.

Charge and cost sit side by side, so a loss-making deployment is visible immediately.

Site attendance

Attendance captured per site and reconciled to client-billable hours.

Site attendance is reconciled to billable hours before the invoice is raised.

Contract compliance

Documents, permits and certifications tracked to expiry.

Expiring permits and certifications are flagged before someone is refused site entry.

Cost recovery

Compare cost of deployment against what was invoiced.

Recovery is compared per deployment, so under-recovery is caught while it can be fixed.

Mobilisation

Onboarding, transport and accommodation costs tracked per deployment.

Mobilisation costs are attributed to the contract that incurred them.

In practice

Manpower and staffing software for Qatar labour supply companies

Manpower companies run a business most ERPs do not understand: thousands of workers deployed to client sites, each with an Qatar ID, a contract, a client rate and a cost rate, billed monthly on attendance the client signs off, paid through WPS, and rotated between sites as demand changes. Margin is the gap between billing and cost per worker, and it disappears in unbilled days, expired documents and disputes over attendance.

We implement manpower operations on Zoho, using Zoho People for the workforce, Zoho Creator for deployments, client rates and attendance sign-off, and Zoho Books for billing with VAT, and on Odoo for companies that want deployments, attendance, billing and payroll on one ERP. Both handle the document lifecycle: Qatar ID, passport, medical, insurance and contract expiry with alerts before renewal.

The monthly cycle becomes a process: attendance collected per site from devices or supervisors, approved by the client through a portal, invoices generated per client and site, payroll calculated with the same attendance, WPS files produced, and margin reported per worker, site and client. Qatarization and Ajeer or visa quota status are visible for planning.
