Healthcare ERP Solution

Clinical systems handle care; the ERP handles everything that keeps the doors open. This module covers billing, insurance receivables, supplies and staff costs across single sites or multi-branch groups.

  • Faster claim collection
  • Less expired stock
  • Clear cost per service
  • Multi-branch visibility

What it covers

Patient billing

Service catalogues, package pricing, invoicing and receipts per visit.

Package pricing and per-visit services are billed from one catalogue, so charges stay consistent.

Insurance receivables

Claim submission tracking, rejections, resubmissions and ageing.

Rejections are logged with reason codes so resubmission is a workflow, not a search.

Pharmacy & supplies

Stock by location with batch, expiry and reorder control.

Expiry is tracked by batch and location, which matters most in pharmacy and theatre stock.

Procurement

Requests, approvals and supplier management for consumables and equipment.

Approval limits differ by department without anyone maintaining a separate list.

Staff & payroll

Rosters, attendance, contracts and payroll for clinical and admin staff.

Roster hours feed payroll directly, so overtime does not get retyped.

Branch reporting

Revenue, cost and margin per branch, department and service line.

Margin is visible per service line, which is where pricing decisions actually get made.

In practice

Healthcare ERP: the business side of clinics, done properly

Clinical systems record the patient. They rarely run the business: insurance receivables reconciled by claim, pharmacy and consumables stock tracked by lot and expiry, procurement with approvals, equipment maintenance, and payroll for a licensed workforce on shifts. Qatari clinic groups we meet run those on spreadsheets around the clinical system and discover the gaps at month-end, when receivables do not match claims and the store has expired stock.

We implement the business layer on Odoo for groups that need full accounting, inventory, procurement and HR on one system, and on Zoho for clinics that need enquiry CRM, online bookings, packages and Books invoicing without a heavy ERP. Both integrate with the clinical or hospital information system so charges and patients are not typed twice, and both can be hosted with data inside Qatar.

The setup covers patient and insurer invoicing with e-invoicing, claim reconciliation and rejection handling, lot and expiry control for pharmacy and consumables, requisitions and supplier contracts, asset registers and maintenance, and payroll with licence tracking, GRSIA and WPS. Access is by role with audit trails, in line with a PDPPL programme.
