Enquiry forms. When you submit a form on this site we collect your name, company, phone number, work email and the message you write. We use it to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver services. Forms are submitted to our customer relationship management system, Zoho CRM, which processes the data on our behalf.

WhatsApp and phone. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone we keep the conversation history and your number so we can follow up.

Website analytics and advertising. We use Google advertising and analytics tags to measure how visitors reach and use the site and whether an enquiry followed an advertisement. These set cookies and collect information such as pages visited, approximate location and device type. You can control these through your browser settings and Google's advertising controls.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser and pages requested for security and performance.

We process enquiry data because you asked us to contact you, and to take steps toward an agreement you requested. We process analytics and advertising data on the basis of your consent where required and otherwise for our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used. Qatar ERP aims to handle personal data in line with Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law and its regulations; this policy is not legal advice about your own obligations.

Enquiry data is stored in Zoho CRM. Website analytics and advertising data is processed by Google. The website is hosted by Vercel. These providers may process data outside Qatar under their own terms and safeguards. If you need confirmation of processing locations for a specific purpose, contact us.

Enquiry data is kept while we respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of the relationship and the period required for accounting and legal purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship are reviewed and deleted periodically. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the provider's settings, which we keep to the shortest practical period.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers named above who process it on our behalf, with our parent company Shyphan AI Solutions where a project is delivered jointly, and where the law requires. We do not add enquiry contacts to marketing lists without asking.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we have no continuing need, and object to or withdraw consent for marketing or analytics. Write to contact@qatarerp.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with the competent authority in Qatar.
