AI Agent & Automation Solutions in Qatar

Most automation value is not exotic. It is the invoice that types itself, the report that drafts its own summary, the question answered without opening five screens. We build those on top of the ERP you already run.

  • Less manual keying
  • Faster month-end
  • Auditable automation
  • Human in the loop

What we build

Three kinds of work, all reading and writing through your existing systems.

Document processing

Turning paper and PDFs into posted transactions.

  • Supplier invoices, purchase orders and delivery notes read automatically
  • Fields extracted, matched against the PO, then queued for approval
  • Arabic and English documents handled in the same flow
  • Exceptions routed to a person rather than guessed at

Internal assistants

Answering questions from your own data, with sources.

  • Ask about stock, receivables or a customer in plain language
  • Answers cite the record they came from, so they can be checked
  • Restricted to what each user is already permitted to see
  • Draft replies, summaries and reports from your own templates

Workflow automation

Removing the routine steps nobody should be doing by hand.

  • Approval routing, reminders and escalations
  • Reconciliation matching with exceptions surfaced
  • Scheduled reports assembled and distributed
  • System-to-system sync without overnight file drops

What is actually worth automating

Not everything should be. This is the assessment we run before proposing anything.

Process Why it qualifies How it works Fit
Supplier invoice entry High volume, structured, repetitive Extract and match, human approves before posting Strong
Delivery note matching Three-way match against PO and receipt Auto-match, exceptions to a person Strong
Customer enquiry triage Routing and first response Draft reply, agent sends Strong
Report commentary Summarising what changed and why Draft, finance edits Moderate
Credit decisions Judgement with financial consequence Recommend only, never decide Weak - keep human
Final journal posting Regulated, auditable Prepare, human posts Weak - keep human

Where we keep a human in the loop

Automation that posts unreviewed entries is a liability, not a saving. These checkpoints are non-negotiable in our builds.

Area Our rule In practice
Financial postings Prepared, never posted automatically A person approves every entry
Customer-facing messages Drafted, not sent Agent reviews before sending
Extraction confidence Low-confidence fields flagged Queued for manual check
Access Inherits existing ERP permissions No new access path is created
Traceability Every action logged with its source Reviewable after the fact

How a project runs

Measured before and after, so the result is evidence rather than opinion.

01

Find the candidates

We look for high-volume, rule-shaped work. Not everything should be automated, and we will say so.

02

Measure the baseline

How long the task takes today, and its current error rate. Without this, no one can tell whether it worked.

03

Pilot on real data

One process, live documents, with a person checking every result.

04

Set the checkpoints

Where a human must approve, and what confidence level routes to review.

05

Measure again

Same baseline, after. If it has not improved, we stop rather than expand.

06

Scale carefully

Next process only once the first is stable and trusted by the team using it.

How we can work together

Most clients start with an assessment, because it costs little and often narrows the scope.

Automation assessment

A short engagement to find what is worth automating and what is not, with a baseline and a business case.

  • Two to three weeks
  • Prioritised candidate list
  • No obligation to build

Pilot build

One process, built and measured against its baseline before anything else is committed.

  • Fixed scope and price
  • Live data, human in the loop
  • Stop or continue on evidence

Ongoing automation

Continuous work across processes once the first pilot has proven itself.

  • Monthly capacity
  • Measured per process
  • Priorities reset each sprint
Before You Ask

The questions worth asking about AI

It is designed to be caught. Anything with a financial or customer consequence is prepared rather than executed: a person approves before it posts or sends. Low-confidence extractions are flagged for review instead of guessed at.

That is a design decision we make with you, not a default. Depending on your requirements we use hosted models, private endpoints, or models running on infrastructure you control. If data cannot leave Qatar, that constrains the architecture and we scope accordingly.

In the projects we deliver it removes the retyping, not the judgement. The realistic outcome is a finance or operations team spending less time on data entry and more on exceptions and decisions.

We measure the process before we touch it. Time taken and error rate, baselined, then measured again after the pilot. If the numbers have not moved, we say so rather than expanding.

Yes, and it is worth testing with your own documents early. Extraction quality varies with document layout and scan quality more than with language, which is why the pilot uses real files rather than clean samples.

No. It sits on top of the ERP you already run and reads and writes through documented APIs. Building a parallel copy of your data is exactly what we avoid.

Yes. Agents read, classify and draft in Arabic and English, including Arabic invoices, contracts and WhatsApp conversations.

Yes. We can run models on Qatar-based or GCC cloud regions and keep documents in your own storage, with PDPPL-aligned retention and access controls.

Invoice and delivery-note capture, customer replies on WhatsApp and email, approval chains, and WPS and Qatar ID reminders in HR usually pay back fastest.
Built for Qatar

AI built for Qatar businesses

Qatar's Digital Agenda 2030 and the TASMU Smart Qatar programme are pushing companies to automate, but most gains come from ordinary work: reading Arabic and English invoices, answering customer questions on WhatsApp, and moving approvals along without chasing.

We build agents that read and write Arabic properly, respect Qatar working hours and holidays, and keep data inside Qatar or the GCC when PDPPL or a client contract requires it.

Each agent lives inside the system you already run, Zoho, Odoo or ERPNext, with a human approving anything that touches money, contracts or people records.
