Connected systems, not re-keyed data

System Integration Services in Qatar

Most Qatar companies do not have a software problem; they have a gaps-between-software problem. Orders re-keyed from the store into the ERP, bank statements matched by hand, HR data typed into payroll. We design, build and monitor the integrations that close those gaps.

  • ERP, CRM, HR, POS, e-commerce, banks, e-invoicing and legacy systems connected
  • Across Zoho, Odoo, ERPNext, Salesforce, ManageEngine and custom applications
  • Native connectors, iPaaS, custom middleware and APIs chosen per integration
  • Error handling, monitoring and documentation, with a named owner for every flow

How we approach integration

Integration starts with a question that is rarely asked: which system owns which record? Until customers, items, employees and invoices each have one system of record and clear rules for how changes flow, every integration creates duplicates. We map that first, then decide the direction, frequency and conflict rules for each flow, and only then choose the tool.

The tools depend on the systems. Native connectors and platform automation inside Zoho, Odoo and ERPNext where they are reliable. iPaaS tools for standard SaaS-to-SaaS flows. Custom middleware and APIs for legacy systems, batch loads, government portals and anything that needs its own queue and retry logic. Every flow has logging, error handling and a named owner, because the integrations that fail silently are the ones that cost a month-end.

Typical Qatari integration work includes e-invoicing routes for the phase that applies, bank statements and payment gateways, POS and e-commerce into stock and accounting, WhatsApp into CRM and helpdesk, biometric devices into HR, and the legacy ERP or HR system that will not be switched off for another year. ManageEngine tools connect to business systems the same way, so ITSM and identity flows are part of the practice.

What we hear before an integration project

“Orders from the website are typed into the ERP by hand”

Two systems, one person copying, and a reconciliation every month-end.

“Customers exist three times”

CRM, accounting and the warehouse each keep their own list with different spellings.

“The bank statement is matched manually”

Hours every week on lines a rule could match in seconds.

“An integration was built by a freelancer and broke”

No documentation, no monitoring and an error queue nobody looks at.

Integrations we build most often

E-invoicing

The integration path relevant to your phase configured for Zoho Books, Odoo or ERPNext, tested with sample documents, logged and monitored.

Banks and payment gateways

Statement import or feeds, gateway reconciliation and payment status back to the ERP.

POS, e-commerce and marketplaces

Sales, stock, prices and customers synchronised between retail channels and the ERP.

WhatsApp and telephony

Conversations and calls logged against CRM contacts and helpdesk tickets.

HR devices and payroll

Biometric attendance into HR, payroll journals into accounting, WPS files to the bank.

Legacy ERP and custom systems

Customers, items, invoices or employees synchronised in either direction with clear ownership rules.

How we build and run integrations

Integration design

Record ownership, directions, frequency, conflict rules and error handling agreed before build.

Native and iPaaS

Platform connectors and automation tools configured where they are reliable.

Middleware and APIs

Custom middleware for complex mappings, batch loads and systems without connectors. API integration

Monitoring

Failed messages logged, retried and escalated to a named owner.

Security

Credentials, scopes and data handling designed with your IT team.

Ongoing support

API changes, new fields and new systems handled under a support plan.

The Qatari integration landscape

E-invoicing handled carefully

Documented, tested and monitored, with a procedure for rejected documents.

Local banks and gateways

Formats and providers Qatar businesses actually use, confirmed during scoping.

Government and semi-government portals

Data exchange designed around the formats portals publish, with an audit trail.

Arabic data preserved

Character sets and bilingual master data handled correctly across every integration.

How the engagement runs

Each stage has a real duration against it, so you can plan around it.

01

Integration workshop

Systems, records, directions and volumes mapped with the owner of each system.

1 - 2 days
02

Design and estimate

Ownership rules, mapping, error handling and a fixed price.

1 week
03

Build and test

Built in staging, tested with real records and failure cases.

04

Go live and monitor

Cut-over with reconciliation, then monitoring and support.

1 - 2 weeks

What it costs

We do not publish a price, because the honest answer depends on scope. What we can publish is exactly what you will be paying for, and which part usually gets forgotten.

Why businesses pick us

Partner on four platforms, not one

We are a Zoho, Odoo, ERPNext and ManageEngine partner and also implement Salesforce. If integration is the wrong fit for the problem you described, we will say so before you buy licences rather than after.

Arabic and English in one system

Interface, documents and reports in both, which matters when the team works in Arabic and management reads reports in English.

Configured for Qatari practice

Invoicing workflows configurable around GTA e-invoicing, VAT treatment set at entry, and payroll outputs shaped for WPS and GRSIA.

We stay after go-live

The first month-end close surfaces everything the scoping missed. Most of the real value of an implementation is delivered in those weeks.

A team in Doha, not a ticket queue

Consultants you can meet, in your timezone and your working week, who scoped the project and then configured it.

We will tell you not to buy

If the problem is your data or your process rather than your software, a new licence will not fix it. We say that early.

Organisations we have worked with

A selection of the organisations we have delivered ERP and business software work for, across finance, healthcare, trading, logistics and professional services.

Failures are logged, retried and escalated to a named owner. Error handling is designed before build so silent failures do not accumulate.
