ERPNext Integration Services in Qatar

ERPNext exposes everything through Frappe's REST API and webhooks, which makes it one of the easiest ERPs to integrate. We connect it to e-invoicing routes, banks, stores, devices and the systems you cannot retire yet, with logging and monitoring.

  • E-invoicing integration routes configured and tested for your phase
  • Bank statement import, payment gateways and reconciliation
  • E-commerce, marketplaces, POS and courier integrations
  • Biometric devices, WhatsApp, legacy systems and custom APIs via Frappe REST and webhooks

Integrating ERPNext properly

Frappe gives every DocType a REST endpoint and every event a webhook, so ERPNext integrations are rarely blocked by the platform. They are blocked by design: which system owns which record, how conflicts are resolved, what happens when a message fails. We settle those first, then build with Frappe's API, server scripts, scheduled jobs and, where needed, middleware for batch loads and legacy systems.

Common Qatari integrations: the e-invoicing route for accounts, bank statements and gateways, online stores and POS into stock, biometric devices into HRMS, WhatsApp into CRM, and the legacy ERP or HR system during transition. For work across platforms see system integration services.

What we hear

“Orders are retyped into ERPNext”

Store and ERP disagree on stock.

“Bank reconciliation is manual”

Hours a week matching lines.

“E-invoicing integration is a black box”

Nobody knows what was sent.

“The old system will not die yet”

Employees and customers exist twice.

What it costs

We do not publish a price, because the honest answer depends on scope. What we can publish is exactly what you will be paying for, and which part usually gets forgotten.

Why businesses pick us

Partner on four platforms, not one

We are a Zoho, Odoo, ERPNext and ManageEngine partner and also implement Salesforce. If ERPNext is the wrong fit for the problem you described, we will say so before you buy licences rather than after.

Arabic and English in one system

Interface, documents and reports in both, which matters when the team works in Arabic and management reads reports in English.

Configured for Qatari practice

Invoicing workflows configurable around GTA e-invoicing, VAT treatment set at entry, and payroll outputs shaped for WPS and GRSIA.

We stay after go-live

The first month-end close surfaces everything the scoping missed. Most of the real value of an implementation is delivered in those weeks.

A team in Doha, not a ticket queue

Consultants you can meet, in your timezone and your working week, who scoped the project and then configured it.

We will tell you not to buy

If the problem is your data or your process rather than your software, a new licence will not fix it. We say that early.

Organisations we have worked with

A selection of the organisations we have delivered ERP and business software work for, across finance, healthcare, trading, logistics and professional services.
