Identity lifecycle without tickets, scripts and forgotten accounts

ADManager Plus is ManageEngine's Active Directory management and reporting product. It automates the joiner, mover and leaver processes, provisions users and groups from templates or HR data, routes changes through approval, cleans up stale accounts and permissions, manages Microsoft 365 and Exchange, and produces the AD reports that audits ask for. For Qatari organisations where HR and IT do not share a system, it closes the gap that leaves accounts active months after people leave.

We design the lifecycle with HR and IT: what happens when someone joins, changes role, or leaves, who approves, which groups and licences follow which roles, and how contractors and vendors are handled. Then we deploy ADManager Plus, connect it to HR data from Zoho People, Odoo, ERPNext or a spreadsheet, build the workflows and templates, and run a clean-up of the existing directory. Privileged accounts go to PAM360; changes flow into Log360 for audit.

What IT managers tell us

“People who left still have accounts”

HR told nobody, or told them by WhatsApp, and the account stayed active.

“New joiners wait days for access”

Tickets, scripts and a checklist that depends on one administrator.

“Nobody can say who has access to what”

Group memberships accumulated over years with no review.

“The audit wants AD reports we cannot produce”

Privileged group members, inactive accounts and password policies gathered by hand.

What we configure in ADManager Plus

Joiner provisioning

Templates by role and department creating the account, groups, mailbox and licences in one action.

Mover and leaver workflows

Role changes and exits handled with approvals, access adjusted and accounts disabled on time.

HR integration

Provisioning driven by HR records so IT learns about joiners and leavers from the system, not the corridor.

Approval workflows

Requests for access, groups and changes routed to the right approver with an audit trail.

Clean-up and hygiene

Inactive accounts, empty groups, stale permissions and password policy exceptions found and fixed.

Reporting

Privileged group members, logon activity, inactive accounts and change history for audit.

Why businesses pick us

A ManageEngine partner that also runs your business systems

We are a ManageEngine partner and also a Zoho, Odoo and ERPNext partner, so ITSM, identity and endpoint tools connect to the systems your business actually runs on.

Process before product

Service catalogues, approval chains, patch rings and access policies are designed with your IT team before a console is opened.

Arabic and English

End-user portals, notifications and reports in both languages, which matters when staff raise tickets in Arabic and management reads reports in English.

Configured for Qatari organisations

Approval evidence, audit trails and reporting shaped for internal audit and public-sector clients, with data-residency questions answered in writing.

A team in Doha

Consultants you can meet, in your timezone and your working week, who designed the deployment and then configured it.

Support after go-live

Named consultants, written response times, and the tuning that only becomes obvious once real tickets and real endpoints arrive.
