Privileged access under control

Most security findings in Qatari organisations we work with trace back to the same fact: privileged credentials are shared, known to too many people, rarely changed and never recorded. PAM360 is ManageEngine's privileged access management platform. It vaults credentials, rotates them on a schedule or after use, launches and records administrator sessions, grants time-limited access on approval, and reports who accessed what and when.

Implementation is policy design first: which accounts are privileged, who may request them, who approves, how long access lasts, which sessions are recorded, and how vendors and contractors are handled. We design that with IT and security, deploy PAM360 on-premise in Qatar or in the cloud, discover and onboard accounts in phases, integrate with Active Directory and your SIEM, and roll out to administrators with training. Password Manager Pro is the lighter vault when session control and just-in-time access are not needed.

PAM360 sits naturally with ADManager Plus for identity lifecycle and Log360 for correlation of privileged activity with other events.

What IT and security managers tell us

“Admin passwords are in a shared file”

Known to too many people, changed when someone leaves, if then.

“Vendors log in with our credentials”

No record of what they did, and access that never expires.

“We cannot answer the auditor's access question”

Who has privileged access, who approved it, and when was it last reviewed.

“Service accounts are everywhere”

Passwords hard-coded in scripts and applications nobody dares to change.

Why businesses pick us

A ManageEngine partner that also runs your business systems

We are a ManageEngine partner and also a Zoho, Odoo and ERPNext partner, so ITSM, identity and endpoint tools connect to the systems your business actually runs on.

Process before product

Service catalogues, approval chains, patch rings and access policies are designed with your IT team before a console is opened.

Arabic and English

End-user portals, notifications and reports in both languages, which matters when staff raise tickets in Arabic and management reads reports in English.

Configured for Qatari organisations

Approval evidence, audit trails and reporting shaped for internal audit and public-sector clients, with data-residency questions answered in writing.

A team in Doha

Consultants you can meet, in your timezone and your working week, who designed the deployment and then configured it.

Support after go-live

Named consultants, written response times, and the tuning that only becomes obvious once real tickets and real endpoints arrive.
