Zoho Integration Services in Qatar

Zoho is most valuable when it is connected: WhatsApp into CRM, the bank into Books, the POS into Inventory, the legacy ERP into everything. We build and support those integrations for Qatar businesses, with Zoho Flow, Deluge and REST APIs.

  • WhatsApp Business API, telephony and web forms into Zoho CRM and Desk
  • Bank feeds, payment gateways and e-invoicing routes into Zoho Books
  • POS, e-commerce, marketplaces and couriers into Zoho Inventory
  • Legacy ERP, HRMS, government portals and custom systems through REST APIs

Connected Zoho, not a collection of apps

The integrations a Qatar business needs are fairly predictable: WhatsApp and phone into the CRM, the bank and the e-invoicing route into Books, the point of sale or the online store into Inventory, and whatever legacy ERP or HR system the company cannot switch off yet into all of them. Each one removes a re-keying step, and re-keying is where the errors and the delays live.

We build integrations at three levels. Native connectors and Zoho Flow for the standard cases, Deluge scripting and custom functions inside Zoho for logic that has to run on Zoho events, and REST API middleware when the other system is a legacy ERP, a government portal or a custom application. Every integration is documented, monitored and owned by you.

This page covers integrations into and out of Zoho. For integrations across Odoo, ERPNext and custom systems, see system integration services and API integration and development.

What we hear before an integration project

“Orders from the website are typed into Books by hand”

Two systems, one person copying between them, and a reconciliation every month-end.

“WhatsApp conversations never reach the CRM”

The relationship lives on a rep's phone, and reporting on enquiries is impossible.

“We have Zoho and an old ERP and they do not talk”

Customers exist twice, stock exists twice, and nobody knows which is right.

“An integration was built by a freelancer and broke”

No documentation, no monitoring, and an error queue nobody looks at.

Integrations we build most often

WhatsApp Business and telephony

Conversations and calls logged against CRM contacts and Desk tickets, with templates and consent handled.

Banks and payment gateways

Bank feeds where supported, and gateway payments reconciled against Books invoices automatically.

E-invoicing routes

The integration path relevant to your e-invoicing phase configured and tested with sample documents. GTA e-invoicing

POS, e-commerce and marketplaces

Sales, stock and customers synchronised between retail channels and Zoho Inventory and Books.

Legacy ERP and HRMS

Customers, items, invoices or employees synchronised with the systems you cannot retire yet, in either direction.

Custom and government systems

REST integrations to portals, partner systems and in-house applications, with logging and retry.

How we build and run integrations

Integration design

Which system owns which record, what flows where, how conflicts are resolved, agreed before build.

Zoho Flow and native connectors

Standard integrations configured without code where the connector is reliable.

Deluge and custom functions

Logic that must run inside Zoho on record events, written and documented.

REST API middleware

Custom middleware for complex mappings, batch loads and systems without a connector.

Monitoring and error handling

Failed messages logged, retried and escalated, so silent failures do not accumulate.

Ongoing support

API changes, new fields and new systems handled under a support plan. Support plans

The Qatari integration landscape

WhatsApp as the primary channel

Business API integrations built with template approval and opt-in handling.

Local banks and gateways

Feeds and gateway reconciliation set up with the banks and payment providers Qatar businesses actually use.

Government and semi-government portals

Data exchange with portals designed around the formats they publish, with an audit trail.

Arabic data handled correctly

Character sets, right-to-left content and bilingual master data preserved across every integration.

How the engagement runs

Each stage has a real duration against it, so you can plan around it.

01

Integration workshop

Systems, records, directions and volumes mapped with the people who own each system.

1 - 2 days
02

Design and estimate

Data ownership, mapping, error handling and a fixed price.

1 week
03

Build and test

Built in a sandbox, tested with real records and failure cases, then promoted.

2 - 6 weeks
04

Go live and monitor

Cut-over with reconciliation, then monitoring and support.

1 - 2 weeks

What it costs

We do not publish a price, because the honest answer depends on scope. What we can publish is exactly what you will be paying for, and which part usually gets forgotten.

Why businesses pick us

Partner on four platforms, not one

We are a Zoho, Odoo, ERPNext and ManageEngine partner and also implement Salesforce. If Zoho is the wrong fit for the problem you described, we will say so before you buy licences rather than after.

Arabic and English in one system

Interface, documents and reports in both, which matters when the team works in Arabic and management reads reports in English.

Configured for Qatari practice

Invoicing workflows configurable around GTA e-invoicing, VAT treatment set at entry, and payroll outputs shaped for WPS and GRSIA.

We stay after go-live

The first month-end close surfaces everything the scoping missed. Most of the real value of an implementation is delivered in those weeks.

A team in Doha, not a ticket queue

Consultants you can meet, in your timezone and your working week, who scoped the project and then configured it.

We will tell you not to buy

If the problem is your data or your process rather than your software, a new licence will not fix it. We say that early.

Organisations we have worked with
