Training by role, not by module

A storekeeper does not need a tour of the general ledger. Sessions cover the four or five screens each role uses daily, in their language, using your own data.

Finance teams

Ledger, invoicing, receipts, payments, reconciliation, period close and the reports they are judged on.

Operations and stores

Receiving, issues, transfers, counts and the exception handling that keeps stock accurate.

Sales teams

Quotations, orders, customer records, follow-up and the pipeline views their managers use.

Purchasing

Requests, approvals, purchase orders, receipts and supplier records.

Managers

The handful of dashboards that answer their questions, and how to trust the numbers.

System owners

Configuration, permissions, workflows and how to make small changes without us.

How training is delivered

Timed to land close to go-live, because training too early is forgotten and training too late is chaos.

Format When it works Typical length
Role workshops Core training before go-live 2 - 4 hours per role
Floor walking First days after go-live, at people's desks 1 - 2 weeks
Train the trainer Larger teams, or where you want internal capability 1 - 2 days
Refresher sessions 4 to 8 weeks after go-live, once real questions have surfaced 1 - 2 hours
Recorded walkthroughs New joiners after go-live Per process

ERP training on your own system, by role, in Arabic and English

Generic product training does not change behaviour. A cashier in Al Khor, a storekeeper in Al Wakrah and an accountant in Doha need to see their own screens, their own items and customers, and the exact steps of their own process, in the language they work in. We train on your configured system with your data, by role, with exercises that mirror a real day: receive a delivery, raise an invoice, approve a leave request, close a shift.

Training covers Zoho, Odoo, ERPNext and ManageEngine, for end users, super users and administrators. Administrator training goes deeper: configuration, users and roles, reports, workflow changes and what not to touch, so an internal owner can run the system day to day. Sessions are on site in Doha, Al Wakrah and Al Khor and Ras Laffan or remote, and every session leaves a bilingual quick guide behind.

We also retrain teams on systems we did not implement, usually after adoption has stalled: an audit of how the system is actually being used, followed by targeted training and configuration fixes for the parts people avoid.
