Support that continues after go-live

The month after launch is when question volume peaks and most projects release the team. Our support arrangements are built around that reality.

User support

Questions from the people using the system daily, answered by someone who knows your configuration rather than a generic help desk.

Report and form changes

The requests that arrive once people start using the system properly. Usually small, always constant.

New workflows

Approval chains, document types and automation added as processes change.

Version upgrades

Planned upgrade paths, tested against your customisations before anything moves.

Health monitoring

Backups verified, performance watched, integrations checked rather than assumed.

Knowledge transfer

Documentation and training so your team becomes less dependent on us over time, not more.

What a support arrangement covers

Scoped so you are not paying for capacity you do not use, and not blocked when you need more.

Element How it works
Response times Agreed by severity, with a defined route for anything blocking work
Coverage Sunday to Thursday as standard, extended cover where operations require it
Included capacity A monthly allowance for changes and enhancements, carried or topped up
Escalation A named person, not a queue
Reporting What was raised, what was resolved, what is outstanding
Exit Documentation and handover if you ever take it in-house

Questions about ongoing support

Often, yes. We start with a short review of the configuration and its state, because taking over an undocumented system without looking at it first would not be fair to either of us.

That is a reasonable goal and we plan for it. Documentation and knowledge transfer are part of the arrangement, not an exit penalty.

Yes. Support, documentation and training are available in Arabic or English.

Small changes, fixes and report tweaks sit inside support. A new module or a significant new process is scoped separately, and we will tell you which side of the line something falls before doing it.
In practice

ERP support that fixes month-end, not just tickets

The value of an ERP is decided in the months after go-live: the first close that exposes what scoping missed, the new branch that needs setting up, the e-invoicing rejection nobody understands, the report the board suddenly wants. Support that only answers tickets within a service level does not deliver that. Support that knows your configuration, owns a backlog of improvements and reviews usage quarterly does.

We support Zoho, Odoo, ERPNext and ManageEngine systems we implemented and systems we did not, under plans that combine a named consultant, a monthly allowance of change work, response targets in Qatari hours, hosting operations where we host, and annual maintenance contracts for licence renewals and upgrades. Onboarding a system we did not build starts with a documented review of how it is configured and used.

The recurring work is predictable: month-end and VAT return support, user and role changes, new reports and dashboards, integration monitoring, version upgrades tested on staging, and retraining as staff change. The plan is sized to your users and modules and reviewed as the business grows.
