ERP for Hajj and Umrah Operators in Qatar

Packages sold through agents abroad, visitors arriving in groups, hotel rooms and buses allocated by date, and margin known only after the season. Hajj and Umrah operators run a seasonal, high-volume business that generic ERPs do not model. We configure it on Zoho or Odoo around packages, groups and allocations.

  • Packages with components, pricing tiers, seasons and agent rates
  • Group and visitor records with documents and arrival details
  • Hotel, transport and service allocation in Al Rayyan and Umm Salal
  • Agent commissions, multi-currency invoicing with VAT and margin per group

A seasonal business with a settlement problem

An operator sells packages, often through agents in other countries, receives groups on defined dates, and must have rooms, buses and services in place for each. Revenue arrives in several currencies with agent commissions to settle; costs arrive from hotels, transport companies and service providers. The margin per group is the number that matters and it is usually calculated after the season. The system has to model the package, the group, the allocation and the settlement, and produce compliant invoices and agent statements.

We configure Zoho CRM, Creator and Books for operators and agencies that need packages, groups, allocations and billing quickly, and Odoo for larger operators with fleets, hotels or catering of their own. Regulatory platforms and licensing are handled by the operator; the ERP holds the operational and financial record. See Zoho in Al Wakrah for the west coast practice.

What it costs

We do not publish a price, because the honest answer depends on scope. What we can publish is exactly what you will be paying for, and which part usually gets forgotten.

Why businesses pick us

Partner on four platforms, not one

We are a Zoho, Odoo, ERPNext and ManageEngine partner and also implement Salesforce. If Zoho, Odoo and ERPNext is the wrong fit for the problem you described, we will say so before you buy licences rather than after.

Arabic and English in one system

Interface, documents and reports in both, which matters when the team works in Arabic and management reads reports in English.

Configured for Qatari practice

Invoicing workflows configurable around GTA e-invoicing, VAT treatment set at entry, and payroll outputs shaped for WPS and GRSIA.

We stay after go-live

The first month-end close surfaces everything the scoping missed. Most of the real value of an implementation is delivered in those weeks.

A team in Doha, not a ticket queue

Consultants you can meet, in your timezone and your working week, who scoped the project and then configured it.

We will tell you not to buy

If the problem is your data or your process rather than your software, a new licence will not fix it. We say that early.

Organisations we have worked with

A selection of the organisations we have delivered ERP and business software work for, across finance, healthcare, trading, logistics and professional services.
