POS software for Qatari retail, restaurants and multi-branch outlets

A point of sale in Qatar must issue a simplified e-invoice with a QR code for every receipt, calculate VAT correctly, keep working when the internet drops, and post its sales, payments and stock movements into the accounts and inventory without a nightly export. Most standalone POS products do the first two; the connection to stock and accounting is where retailers end up with two truths.

We implement Odoo POS for retailers, restaurant groups and showrooms that want the till, stock, purchasing, loyalty and accounting on one system across branches, and Zoho POS through Zoho Commerce and Inventory for smaller retailers on the Zoho suite. Both run on tablets or PCs with barcode scanners, receipt printers and payment terminals used in Qatari outlets, in Arabic and English, with offline mode.

Branch managers see sales by hour, product and cashier; head office sees stock by branch, transfers, margins and promotions; finance sees cash reconciliation by shift and VAT by outlet. Loyalty, gift cards, returns and exchanges are configured to your policy. Restaurant setups add tables, kitchen printing and delivery-app integration.
