What happens after the implementation partner leaves

The first month after go-live is where a Zoho system either becomes the way the company works or quietly slides back to spreadsheets. New reports are needed, a workflow turns out to be wrong, a branch opens, a user leaves, an integration throws an error nobody sees. If there is no one to call, each of those becomes a workaround. Our support plans exist so there is always someone to call, in Doha, in your working week.

We support Zoho systems we implemented and systems we did not. For the second group we start with a health check: configuration review, data quality, integration status, licence usage and a list of what is costing you time. Then we stabilise, document and improve under a plan sized to how much you want handled for you.

Plans cover the whole suite, from CRM and Books to People and Payroll and Creator applications. Year-end, VAT changes, new entities and Zoho product updates are handled as part of the plan rather than as surprises.

What we hear from businesses already on Zoho

“Our partner stopped answering after the invoice was paid”

Tickets go to a generic inbox and the person who configured the system has moved on.

“Every small change is quoted as a project”

A new field or report costs a proposal, a wait and an invoice, so people stop asking.

“Nobody knows why it was set up this way”

No documentation, no admin trained, and a fear of touching anything.

“We are paying for licences nobody uses”

Users who left, apps never switched on, and an edition that no longer matches the team.

What a support plan covers

Administration

Users, roles, fields, layouts, picklists and permissions changed on request with an audit trail.

Reports and dashboards

New and changed reports across CRM, Books, Inventory, People and Analytics.

Workflows and automation

Adjusting assignment rules, approvals, notifications and Deluge functions as the process changes.

Integration monitoring

Failed syncs caught and fixed before they become reconciliation problems.

Year-end and regulatory changes

VAT, e-invoicing, payroll and reporting changes applied and tested in time.

User support and refresher training

Questions answered in Arabic or English, and training when new staff join.

Plan options

Essential

Response within one business day, admin and user support, quarterly review. For stable systems with an internal admin.

Standard

Response within four business hours, everything in Essential plus reports, workflows and integration monitoring, monthly review.

Managed

Priority response, a named consultant as your Zoho admin, continuous improvement backlog, and licence management.

Health check

A one-off review of a Zoho system set up by someone else, with a written findings and fix list.

Rescue and re-implementation

When the health check shows the configuration needs rebuilding, delivered as a scoped project.

Licence management

Right-sizing editions and user counts at renewal so you pay for what you use.

Support that fits Qatari working life

Sunday to Thursday, Doha hours

Support during your working week, with arrangements for month-end and payroll deadlines.

Arabic and English

Tickets, calls and training in the language your team uses.

Regulatory changes handled

VAT, e-invoicing and payroll rule changes applied to your configuration when they take effect.

On-site when it helps

Doha visits for training and go-live weeks, remote support for everything else.

Why businesses pick us

Partner on four platforms, not one

We are a Zoho, Odoo, ERPNext and ManageEngine partner and also implement Salesforce. If Zoho is the wrong fit for the problem you described, we will say so before you buy licences rather than after.

Arabic and English in one system

Interface, documents and reports in both, which matters when the team works in Arabic and management reads reports in English.

Configured for Qatari practice

Invoicing workflows configurable around GTA e-invoicing, VAT treatment set at entry, and payroll outputs shaped for WPS and GRSIA.

We stay after go-live

The first month-end close surfaces everything the scoping missed. Most of the real value of an implementation is delivered in those weeks.

A team in Doha, not a ticket queue

Consultants you can meet, in your timezone and your working week, who scoped the project and then configured it.

We will tell you not to buy

If the problem is your data or your process rather than your software, a new licence will not fix it. We say that early.

Organisations we have worked with

A selection of the organisations we have delivered ERP and business software work for, across finance, healthcare, trading, logistics and professional services.

Questions before you book

Yes. We start with a health check to understand the configuration, data and integrations, then agree a plan. Rescue work on inherited systems is a regular part of our practice.

They depend on the plan: within one business day on Essential, within four business hours on Standard, and priority handling on Managed. Times are written into the agreement.

Yes. Tickets, calls and training are available in Arabic and English.

Standard and Managed plans include reports, workflows, fields and integration changes within a monthly allowance. Larger changes are scoped separately and agreed in advance.

Yes. Managed plans include licence administration and right-sizing at renewal so you pay for the editions and users you actually use.

By scope and response time rather than by ticket, so your team is never discouraged from asking. We quote after the health check.
