What an ERPNext system needs after go-live

Open source removes the licence bill; it does not remove the need for someone to run the system. ERPNext needs hosting, backups, security updates, version upgrades and the steady stream of changes a growing business generates: new reports, new branches, a payroll rule, a print format, an integration that starts failing. Without a support partner, those become workarounds and the system drifts away from the business.

We support ERPNext systems we implemented and systems we did not. For the second group we start with a health check of the installation, customisations, data quality, integrations and hosting, then stabilise, document and improve under a plan sized to how much you want handled. Self-hosted systems get hosting management as part of the plan; Frappe Cloud systems get application support.

Plans cover every module from accounts to manufacturing and payroll, plus custom apps. Version upgrades are planned into the calendar.

What we hear from businesses already on ERPNext

“The freelancer who installed it has gone”

No documentation, no backups tested, and nobody who understands the customisations.

“We are two major versions behind”

Security updates stopped and every upgrade attempt broke something.

“Every small change is a project”

A new print format or report costs a proposal and a wait.

“Nobody manages the server”

One outage from a crisis, with backups nobody has restored.

Users, roles, permissions, fields, print formats and settings changed on request with an audit trail.

Workflows and scripts

Why businesses pick us

Partner on four platforms, not one

We are a Zoho, Odoo, ERPNext and ManageEngine partner and also implement Salesforce. If ERPNext is the wrong fit for the problem you described, we will say so before you buy licences rather than after.

Arabic and English in one system

Interface, documents and reports in both, which matters when the team works in Arabic and management reads reports in English.

Configured for Qatari practice

Invoicing workflows configurable around GTA e-invoicing, VAT treatment set at entry, and payroll outputs shaped for WPS and GRSIA.

We stay after go-live

The first month-end close surfaces everything the scoping missed. Most of the real value of an implementation is delivered in those weeks.

A team in Doha, not a ticket queue

Consultants you can meet, in your timezone and your working week, who scoped the project and then configured it.

We will tell you not to buy

If the problem is your data or your process rather than your software, a new licence will not fix it. We say that early.

Organisations we have worked with

A selection of the organisations we have delivered ERP and business software work for, across finance, healthcare, trading, logistics and professional services.

Questions before you book

Yes. We start with a health check, then agree a plan. Rescue work on inherited installations is a regular part of our practice.

Yes. Backups, restores, security updates, monitoring and performance for self-hosted systems are part of Standard and Managed plans.

Within one business day on Essential, within four business hours on Standard, and priority handling on Managed, written into the agreement.

Yes. Tickets, calls and training are available in Arabic and English.

Managed plans include upgrade planning and execution; other plans can add an upgrade as a scoped project.

By scope and response time rather than by ticket. We quote after the health check.
