What an Odoo system needs after go-live

An Odoo system changes every month: a new product line, a new branch, a new report for the board, a payroll rule, an integration that starts failing because a bank changed a format. Without a support partner, each of those becomes a workaround, and within a year the system no longer matches the business. Our plans exist so there is always someone to call, in Doha, in your working week.

We support Odoo systems we implemented and systems we did not. For the second group we start with a health check: configuration, customisations, data quality, integration status, hosting and licence usage. Then we stabilise, document and improve under a plan sized to how much you want handled for you. Self-hosted systems get hosting management, backups and security updates as part of the plan.

Plans cover every app from Accounting to Manufacturing and Payroll, plus custom modules and integrations. Version upgrades are planned into the calendar rather than left until support expires.

What we hear from businesses already on Odoo

“Our partner stopped answering after go-live”

Tickets go to a generic inbox and the developer who built it has moved on.

“Every small change is quoted as a project”

A new field or report costs a proposal, a wait and an invoice.

“Nobody manages the server”

Backups untested, security updates missed, and a system one outage from a crisis.

“We are three versions behind”

Support ended, and no one has a plan to upgrade.

What a support plan covers

Administration

Users, roles, access rights, fields, views and settings changed on request with an audit trail.

Reports and dashboards

New and changed reports across every app, in Arabic and English.

Workflows and automation

Automated actions, approvals, routes and rules adjusted as the process changes.

Integration monitoring

E-invoicing, bank, e-commerce and device integrations watched and fixed.

Hosting management

Backups, restores, security updates and performance for self-hosted and Odoo.sh systems.

Upgrade planning

Version upgrades scheduled, customisations adapted, tested and released.

Plan options

Essential

Response within one business day, admin and user support, quarterly review. For stable systems with an internal admin.

Standard

Response within four business hours, plus reports, workflows, integration monitoring and hosting management, monthly review.

Managed

Priority response, a named consultant as your Odoo admin, continuous improvement backlog, hosting and upgrades included.

Health check

A one-off review of an Odoo system set up by someone else, with written findings and a fix list.

Rescue

Stabilising a stalled or broken Odoo implementation as a scoped project.

Licence and hosting management

Right-sizing Enterprise users and hosting at renewal so you pay for what you use.

Support that fits Qatari working life

Sunday to Thursday, Doha hours

Support during your working week, with arrangements for month-end and payroll deadlines.

Arabic and English

Tickets, calls and training in the language your team uses.

Regulatory changes handled

VAT, e-invoicing and payroll rule changes applied to your configuration when they take effect.

On-site when it helps

Doha visits for training and critical periods, remote support for everything else.

Why businesses pick us

Partner on four platforms, not one

We are a Zoho, Odoo, ERPNext and ManageEngine partner and also implement Salesforce. If Odoo is the wrong fit for the problem you described, we will say so before you buy licences rather than after.

Arabic and English in one system

Interface, documents and reports in both, which matters when the team works in Arabic and management reads reports in English.

Configured for Qatari practice

Invoicing workflows configurable around GTA e-invoicing, VAT treatment set at entry, and payroll outputs shaped for WPS and GRSIA.

We stay after go-live

The first month-end close surfaces everything the scoping missed. Most of the real value of an implementation is delivered in those weeks.

A team in Doha, not a ticket queue

Consultants you can meet, in your timezone and your working week, who scoped the project and then configured it.

We will tell you not to buy

If the problem is your data or your process rather than your software, a new licence will not fix it. We say that early.

Organisations we have worked with

A selection of the organisations we have delivered ERP and business software work for, across finance, healthcare, trading, logistics and professional services.

Questions before you book

Yes. We start with a health check of configuration, customisations, data, integrations and hosting, then agree a plan. Rescue work is a regular part of our practice.

Within one business day on Essential, within four business hours on Standard, and priority handling on Managed, all written into the agreement.

Yes. Backups, restores, security updates and performance for self-hosted and Odoo.sh systems are part of Standard and Managed plans.

Yes. Tickets, calls and training are available in Arabic and English.

Managed plans include upgrade planning and execution; other plans can add an upgrade as a scoped project.

By scope and response time rather than by ticket, so your team is never discouraged from asking. We quote after the health check.
