Odoo Customization Services in Qatar

Odoo can be shaped to almost any process. The skill is knowing when to configure, when to use Studio, and when to write a module, and keeping all of it upgradeable. We customise Odoo for Qatar businesses without locking them into a version.

  • Configuration first, Studio second, custom modules only where they earn their place
  • Arabic and English report layouts, approval workflows and industry-specific features
  • Upgrade-safe development with documentation and code you own
  • Rescue and refactoring of customisations built by others

Customisation that survives the next Odoo version

Most Odoo systems in Qatar that have stalled did so because of customisation: a freelancer changed core behaviour, nobody documented it, and the upgrade became impossible. The opposite mistake is refusing to customise at all and forcing a contractor's progress billing or a distributor's landed-cost rules into standard screens that were never designed for them.

Our rule is simple. Configuration first, because most requirements are met by settings, routes, automated actions and report templates. Odoo Studio second, for fields, views and simple workflows that business users can understand. Custom modules only where the requirement is genuinely specific, written against Odoo's extension points rather than by editing core, with tests and documentation so the next upgrade is a project, not a rewrite.

We customise Accounting layouts and approvals, Manufacturing and Inventory flows, contracting and property features, and Arabic report packs. When the whole system needs to be bespoke, our custom ERP page describes the alternatives.

What we hear before a customisation project

“We cannot upgrade because of the customisations”

Core files were edited, nothing was documented, and the developer has gone.

“The standard screens do not match how we work”

Progress billing, retention, landed cost or multi-tier pricing forced into generic forms.

“Our Arabic reports look wrong”

Right-to-left layouts, fonts and bilingual fields were never handled properly.

“Every small change takes weeks”

No internal capability, and a partner who quotes a project for a new field.

What we customise most often

Reports and documents

Bilingual invoices, quotes, delivery notes, payslips and management reports with correct RTL layout.

Approval workflows

Multi-level approvals for purchases, discounts, expenses and journals with audit trails.

Contracting features

Progress billing, retention, subcontractor management and project cost control.

Distribution features

Landed-cost rules, customer-tier pricing, route sales and van stock.

Property and real estate

Units, leases, rent schedules, maintenance and owner statements.

Integrations and portals

Customer and supplier portals, and connectors to systems Odoo does not talk to natively.

What it costs

We do not publish a price, because the honest answer depends on scope. What we can publish is exactly what you will be paying for, and which part usually gets forgotten.

Why businesses pick us

Partner on four platforms, not one

We are a Zoho, Odoo, ERPNext and ManageEngine partner and also implement Salesforce. If Odoo is the wrong fit for the problem you described, we will say so before you buy licences rather than after.

Arabic and English in one system

Interface, documents and reports in both, which matters when the team works in Arabic and management reads reports in English.

Configured for Qatari practice

Invoicing workflows configurable around GTA e-invoicing, VAT treatment set at entry, and payroll outputs shaped for WPS and GRSIA.

We stay after go-live

The first month-end close surfaces everything the scoping missed. Most of the real value of an implementation is delivered in those weeks.

A team in Doha, not a ticket queue

Consultants you can meet, in your timezone and your working week, who scoped the project and then configured it.

We will tell you not to buy

If the problem is your data or your process rather than your software, a new licence will not fix it. We say that early.

Organisations we have worked with

A selection of the organisations we have delivered ERP and business software work for, across finance, healthcare, trading, logistics and professional services.

Questions before you book

Not if it is done properly. We build against Odoo's extension points, never edit core, and document everything, so upgrades become a planned project rather than a blocker.

Studio handles fields, views and simple automations without code and is quick. Modules are written code for logic Studio cannot express. We use Studio where it is enough and modules where it is not.

Yes. Bilingual, right-to-left report layouts for invoices, quotes, payslips and management reports are among the most common customisations we deliver.

Yes. Code is delivered into your repository with documentation, and you are free to have anyone maintain it.

Yes. We review, stabilise and document existing customisations before improving them; rescue work is a regular part of our practice.

Odoo Online supports Studio but not custom modules. If you need modules, we recommend Odoo.sh or self-hosting and explain the trade-offs.
