Reporting that management actually opens

Most Qatar businesses we meet run on two sets of numbers: the ones in the system and the ones in the spreadsheet the finance manager builds every month for the owner. Zoho Analytics closes that gap by pulling CRM, Books, Inventory and People data into one model and presenting it as dashboards that update themselves.

The work is in defining the numbers. What counts as a sale, when margin is recognised, how branches are compared and which KPIs a board wants on one page are business decisions we make with you before building anything. We then build the data model, the dashboards in Arabic and English, and the scheduled distribution so the Sunday management meeting starts with the same numbers on every screen.

Where data lives outside Zoho, in a POS, a legacy ERP, a SQL database or Excel, we bring it in as well. Our business intelligence page covers the platform-neutral approach; this page is about doing it inside the Zoho suite.

What owners and finance managers tell us

“The management pack takes a week to build”

Exports from three systems, VLOOKUPs, and a number that is already stale when the meeting starts.

“Every branch reports in its own format”

Doha, Al Wakrah and Al Khor send different spreadsheets, and comparing them is a manual exercise.

“We have dashboards nobody trusts”

Definitions were never agreed, so sales and finance report different revenue for the same month.

“The owner wants one page”

Cash, sales, margin, stock and headcount, on the phone, every morning, without asking anyone.

Dashboards we build most often

Owner and board dashboard

Revenue, cash, receivables, margin, stock value and headcount on one page, with month and year comparisons.

Sales performance

Pipeline, win rate, cycle time, rep and region performance, and forecast versus actual from CRM.

Finance and cash

P&L, cash flow, ageing, VAT summary and budget versus actual from Books.

Stock and margin

Turnover, ageing, dead stock, margin by item, category and branch from Inventory.

HR and payroll

Headcount, turnover, Qatarization ratio, leave liability and payroll cost from People.

Branch and entity comparison

Every location on the same definitions, with drill-down from group to branch to transaction.

How the engagement runs

KPI definition workshop

Which numbers matter, how each is calculated, and who sees what, agreed with management first.

Data model

Zoho apps and external sources joined into one model with consistent customers, items, branches and periods.

Dashboard build

Dashboards in Arabic and English for each audience, on desktop and mobile.

External data

POS, legacy ERP, SQL databases and Excel connected through native connectors or scheduled imports.

Distribution and alerts

Scheduled emails, mobile access and threshold alerts when a number moves.

Support and enhancement

New KPIs, new sources and new audiences under a support plan. Support plans

Reporting for Qatari management

Arabic and English views

The same dashboard in both languages so the board and the branch manager read the same numbers.

Hijri periods where they matter

Ramadan and Hajj season comparisons alongside Gregorian months.

VAT and cash visibility

VAT liability, collections and cash position tracked daily rather than at filing time.

Regional views

Central, Western and Al Khor and Ras Laffan views for businesses spread across Qatar.

What it costs

We do not publish a price, because the honest answer depends on scope. What we can publish is exactly what you will be paying for, and which part usually gets forgotten.

Why businesses pick us

Partner on four platforms, not one

We are a Zoho, Odoo, ERPNext and ManageEngine partner and also implement Salesforce. If Zoho Analytics is the wrong fit for the problem you described, we will say so before you buy licences rather than after.

Arabic and English in one system

Interface, documents and reports in both, which matters when the team works in Arabic and management reads reports in English.

Configured for Qatari practice

Invoicing workflows configurable around GTA e-invoicing, VAT treatment set at entry, and payroll outputs shaped for WPS and GRSIA.

We stay after go-live

The first month-end close surfaces everything the scoping missed. Most of the real value of an implementation is delivered in those weeks.

A team in Doha, not a ticket queue

Consultants you can meet, in your timezone and your working week, who scoped the project and then configured it.

We will tell you not to buy

If the problem is your data or your process rather than your software, a new licence will not fix it. We say that early.

Organisations we have worked with

A selection of the organisations we have delivered ERP and business software work for, across finance, healthcare, trading, logistics and professional services.

Questions before you book

Yes. Zoho apps connect natively, and external sources such as POS systems, SQL databases and Excel can be connected through connectors or scheduled imports and joined in one model.

Yes. We build dashboards in Arabic and English so each audience reads the numbers in its own language.

A first owner dashboard on Zoho data is typically live in two to four weeks after the KPI workshop. Multi-source, multi-branch reporting takes four to eight weeks.

No. We document the model and train an internal owner. Most changes, such as a new KPI or a new branch, are configuration rather than development.

Yes. Dashboards and reports can be scheduled by email, viewed on mobile, and trigger alerts when a number crosses a threshold.

No. It is often used as a standalone BI tool. That said, most of our Qatar projects use it on top of Zoho CRM, Books, Inventory and People.
