AI Productivity Software

Most of the working day goes on finding, summarising and re-typing information. These tools sit on your own data and take that work off the desk, with review where accuracy matters.

  • Less time searching
  • Faster first drafts
  • Consistent output
  • Permissions respected

What it covers

Business search

Ask across documents, records and reports in plain language.

Answers cite the record they came from, so a claim can be checked rather than trusted.

Drafting

First drafts of quotations, replies and reports from your own templates.

Drafts use your own templates, keeping tone and structure consistent across the team.

Summarisation

Long threads, contracts and reports reduced to what needs a decision.

Long threads reduce to the decision needed, which is usually all a manager wants.

Meeting notes

Actions and decisions captured and routed to the right owner.

Actions are assigned to owners so meeting outcomes do not evaporate.

Data extraction

Structured fields pulled out of PDFs and forms for posting.

Extracted fields are reviewed before posting, keeping a human on anything financial.

Access control

Answers restricted to what each user is already permitted to see.

Users only see what their ERP permissions already allow, with no separate access list.

In practice

AI productivity inside the systems your team already uses

AI in a Qatar business is useful when it removes a specific piece of work: reading supplier invoices into the ledger, drafting a reply to a customer's WhatsApp question from the order history, summarising a week of support tickets, answering 'what did we sell in Al Wakrah last month' in Arabic without a report request. It is not useful as a chatbot bolted onto the website with no access to your data.

We build AI productivity on top of Zoho, Odoo and ERPNext: Zia inside Zoho for predictions, anomaly alerts and writing assistance; AI agents connected to CRM and ERP data that answer questions, draft documents and take approved actions; and document processing that extracts fields from invoices, contracts and IDs. Each use case is scoped with a measurable outcome, such as hours saved per week or days cut from invoice processing.

Governance is part of the build: which data the model can see, what it is allowed to do without a human, how outputs are logged and reviewed, and where data is processed. Arabic and English are handled natively, and outputs are checked against your own records before anyone relies on them.

Straight answers

Questions we are asked

Document processing, customer replies drafted from history, report questions answered directly, and ticket or email summarisation are the reliable wins.

Yes, natively.

Within limits you set, with approvals and logging.

Options include in-country deployment and providers with regional processing; it is decided per use case.

Reasonably clean. We assess data before proposing use cases.

Each use case has a metric agreed upfront, such as hours saved or processing time reduced.

Yes. Drafting, summarising and search work in Arabic and English, including mixed-language threads.

No. We use enterprise model endpoints with training disabled, and data can stay on Qatar-based or GCC cloud regions.

We baseline one task, such as time to first reply or hours per month-end, then report the change after four to six weeks.
Built for Qatar

AI productivity for teams in Qatar

Teams in Doha spend their day between Arabic and English: emails, contracts, government letters and ERP records. AI assistants that handle both languages well save the most time.

We configure assistants inside Zoho, Odoo, ERPNext and Microsoft 365, with access limited by role and data kept in Qatar or the GCC where PDPPL or your clients require it.

Rollout starts with one team and one measurable task, such as drafting quotations or summarising support tickets, before it spreads.
